Follow the steps below to complete your registration and familiarize yourself with the university’s policies and requirements.

  1. Online Registration and Orientation

    New students must complete their online registration using the link sent to their email. The same link provides access to the orientation program, which should be downloaded and reviewed.

  2. Acceptance of Admission Offer

    If you accept the admission offer, use the provided link in your email to begin the online registration process. Ensure all required details are accurately filled in.

  3. Non-Acceptance or Deferment of Admission

    If you choose not to accept the admission offer or wish to defer your registration, select the appropriate option using the link sent to your email.

  4. Declaration for Admission (TUKJ 001)

    All students accepting admission must sign FORM TUKJ 001, acknowledging their understanding of the university’s rules and regulations. The signed form must be uploaded to the student portal during registration.

  5. The Bond (TUKJ 002)

    Familiarize yourself with the BOND attached to the declaration form, which outlines admission and studentship conditions. Execute the BOND as required and upload it to the student portal during registration.

  6. Fees Policy

    Review the Fees Policy document and make necessary payment arrangements before completing your online registration.

  7. Requirements for Foreign Students

    Foreign students must ensure their passports are valid for the duration of their stay in Kenya. They should also obtain re-entry permits if traveling during their studies and comply with immigration formalities, such as acquiring a Student Pass. Contact the Office of the Registrar – Academic for assistance if needed.
