Upload recent colored passport-sized photos, a valid Tax Compliance Certificate for the company (or both company and individual certificates for renewals), a copy of the license from relevant regulatory bodies, proof of funds for investment (minimum USD 100,000), company registration documents, a shareholders certificate (CR12), and a copy of the PIN certificate for both the company and individual.
If you are renewing your permit, include current audited accounts as part of your application.
Pay the non-refundable processing fee of Kshs. 20,000 and the issuance fee of Kshs. 250,000 per year. Note that East Africa Community Member States are exempt from these fees.
