Master the KUCCPS Online System: Your Ultimate Guide to Course Applications

Log in to the KUCCPS student portal at https://students.kuccps.net/ using your KCSE index number as the username. Enter the KCSE year and use your Birth Certificate Number or KCPE Index Number (as used in KCSE Exam Registration) as your initial password.

Browse through the available programmes and move the ones that interest you into the Course Basket. This step helps you narrow down your options and work with a shorter list when finalizing your course selections.

Once you’ve settled on your preferred courses, enter the programme codes using the Application/Revision tab. Ensure you meet the minimum subject requirements for each course, as your selection will depend on your overall performance and available capacity.

You can either write down the programme codes for later application or add them to your Course Basket by clicking the ‘ADD’ button next to each course. Access your saved courses by clicking the ‘Course Basket’ menu item or the ‘Basket’ icon.

If you prefer, you can search for courses by institution using the Institutions tab. Keep in mind that your selection will still depend on your performance and available capacity.

After confirming that the programme codes entered are correct, submit your application. Follow the instructions to pay the placement processing fee, which is required after selecting your courses and awaiting approval.
